Currently, Dr. Maddock participates on Tumor Boards at Rhode Island Hospital, Kent Hospital, Women & Infants Hospital and St. Joseph/Fatima Hospital. He is on the medical staff at Rhode Island Hospital, South County Hospital, St. Joseph/Fatima Hospital, Westerly Hospital and Women & Infants Hospital. Additionally, Dr. Maddock is a Clinical Associate Professor of Radiation Medicine at Brown University where he has served as a faculty representative on the Postgraduate Referral Committee and as an Affinity Group Leader in the Program in Liberal Medical Education. Prior to founding the Maddock Center, Dr. Maddock served as the Director of Clinical Radiation Oncology at Rhode Island Hospital. Previously, he was the Director of Radiotherapy at the Allan Blair Memorial Clinic in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada before moving to Rhode Island in 1978. Dr. Maddock received his medical degree from University College Dublin, performed his internship at Mater Hospital and did his residency at St. Luke’s Hospital, in Dublin, Ireland. Dr. Maddock held faculty positions at St. Luke’s Hospital and taught at University College Dublin, Trinity College and the Rhode Island Hospital School of Radiotherapy Technology. |
