Administrative Director

Ms. Maddock joined the Maddock Center in 1995 and oversees the Center’s daily business operations including patient contact and scheduling, human resources, reimbursement, contract management, provider networks, billing and facilities standards. Ms. Maddock is personally dedicated to quality of patient care and patient advocacy. Her primary mission is to ensure that these standards are exemplified in every aspect of the center’s operations and in every individual it employs.

Previously, she was an administrator at Yankee Publishing in Boston, MA. Ms. Maddock was also employed at the Institute of Politics at Harvard University where she worked in administration.

Ms. Maddock has a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts from Boston University. She received her MBA from Babson College, magna cum laude.
